Something big has just happened in the rivalry between the “Gog Magog ” nations of the East (which includes China) and the Western nations led by the modern nations of the ten tribes of “Israel.” The Panama Canal was built by the USA and was long a way for the USA to move navy ships and military equipment between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans in time of war. This strategic ability was a “force multiplier” for the USA as its navy ships would not have to go around Cape Horn at the southern tip of South America to move between the oceans. This meant US navy ships could reinforce one theater or the other much more quickly.
This ability was jeopardized when control of the Panama Canal was given to China by President Jimmy Carter during his administration. In the course of time, the contract for operating the Canal was awarded to a company that is closely aligned with the Communist Party of China (as is noted in the first link). This was very clever for China as it gave their agents embedded in the Hong Kong-based company that ran the daily operations of the Canal easy access to the strategic Canal. This would allow Chinese Communist agents to quickly destroy the Panama Canal at each end of the Canal whenever a war broke out between the USA and China. In my opinion, Chinese intelligence agents have had hidden explosives in parts of the Panama Canal Zone which they can quickly access and use to destroy the Canal as soon as China’s government ordered such action.
The good news is that Panama’s Supreme Court has ruled the Chinese-owned company that infiltrated itself into the Panama Canal Zone should not have been awarded the contract to operate the Canal. This means that the Chinese company will be gone, and China will have a much harder time of sabotaging the Canal if a war occurs between the USA and China. As the first link puts it: this action “dismantles a key Chinese foothold in the Western Hemisphere.” The first link also cites the “close ties” between the Chinese-affiliated entity that currently operates the Canal and the Chinese Communist Party. Apparently, a Danish company will temporarily operate the Canal until a new permanent operator is put into place. Denmark is a NATO nation so that will greatly help the security of the Western nations as soon as it replaces the Chinese operators. The second link reports the unsurprising news that President Trump will “seek to solidify American control of the Canal.”
This is very good news for the Western alliances, and it takes away a strategic advantage that President Carter had foolishly given to the Chinese Communists. When/if the USA takes over the operation of the Canal, it will require the US military to protect it. China can still threaten the Canal itself by having its submarines attack the Canal before opening a future war via a surprise attack upon the USA like the Pearl Harbor attack that drew the USA into World War II. Chinese subs could easily fire surface-to-surface missiles from their vessels at the Canal Zone’s port facilities and the Canal’s locks. If successful, it would take away the American ability to move warships from one ocean to another. Therefore, it will be vital that the USA station troops and weaponry in the Canal Zone to intercept any missiles that Chinese and Russian subs could fire at the Canal.
This matter has a biblical context. When God made a covenant with Abraham, God said that Abraham’s descendants would enjoy special blessings in the future. Indeed, Genesis 17:1-7 and 19 record that God promised to make “many nations” from Abraham’s descendants in the future. This mean that there must be “many nations” on earth besides the Israelis/Jews which have descended from Abraham and also enjoy the blessings of this covenant between God and Abraham. As those who have read my books and articles on this subject already know, the nations descended from Abraham include not only the Jewish nation in the Mideast (who are descended from the Israelite tribe of Judah), but it includes the modern nations descended from Abraham’s descendants via the other eleven tribes of Israel, the 12 tribes of the Ishmaelites (Genesis 17:20), the many tribes of the Edomites who descended from Esau (Genesis 36), the descendants that came via the many sons Abraham had through his wife, Keturah (Genesis 25:1-4), and the descendants of Abraham’s concubines who were sent to inhabit a land to the east of the Promised Land (Genesis 25:6). The Jews/Israelis are only a tiny slice of the people who have descended form Abraham. Two sons of Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh were given the “lion’s share” of the Abrahamic blessings via Abraham, which also includes the blessing that Abraham’s descendants would possess “the gate of his enemies” (Genesis 22:17, 24:60). In ancient times, this would refer to the city “gates” of walled cities which controlled access to the cities themselves. In other words, it means that these two tribes of Israel would control multiple strategic “gates” or choke points around the world that are vital in warfare, economic competitions, etc. Genesis 48-49 predict that Ephraim’s seed would become a multitude or company of nations in the latter days and that his brother tribe, Manasseh, would constitute one single great nation in the latter days (Genesis 48:14-20). Obviously, being brother tribes, they can be expected to have a common language and culture. My books and writings identify the British nations as Ephraim and the single great nation of the USA as Manasseh. The British, at the end of World War II, possessed the “gates” of Gibraltar, the Suez Canal and Singapore. The USA had the vital “gate” of the Panama Canal, lost it and will soon have it back again. Notice that any of Abraham’s seed could have strategic gates–they were not limited to just the Israelite tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh. For example, Edom (Esau) has the modern gate of the Bosporus and Dardanelles, a vital sea “gate” between the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. One of the major tribes of Edom was named after Teman, a clan leader of ancient Edom (Genesis 36: 11, 15 and 34). The consonants of Teman’s name are T-M-N, which found a modern match in the consonants of the Ottoman Empire, identifying the Turks as a major modern nation of Edom (which is also descended from the patriarch, Abraham).
I very much welcome the removal of the Chinese Communist influence from the Panama Canal Zone. The sooner it comes under American control and protection, the better!
