Question: the statue in Daniel has two legs/10 toes. . .could the two legs be represented by the rival empires of Roman & Parthia? Could the 10 toes be 10 kings that decend from those two empires in the latter days?
MYREPLY
I do not think the two legs/ten toes in Daniel 2 could represent the rival empires of Parthia and Rome. Each time the “metal” changed in the imagery of this statue, it indicated a new empire was being depicted. The “iron” indicates the same empire which is physically divided into two portions. That fits the Roman Empire’s division into a Western and Eastern Empire.
