As I write this post, it is several days after the election. There are still two US Senate seats that have not yet been declared and the control of the US House is not yet clear, but there are some vitally-important results of this important election that I’d like to share with the readers of this blog. Make no mistake about it–this was likely the most important election in US history. It gave the American voters a stark choice: Did they (A) want a continuation of far-Left policies that were leading the nation into a Woke-dominated society which rejects all the cultural and moral values that made the nation great, or (B) did they want to turn back to the policies and Judeo-Christian cultural values that made America great in the first place? Thankfully, they have chosen the latter option, and they chose it in such a landslide that the analysts and pundits are saying Trump has been elected with a mandate to implement the policies and promises he ran on. I agree with that analysis.
I’d like to point out something that I have not yet heard mentioned by any commentator about this election. Trump has been elected to serve his second term, and he has made it clear that he will not run for another term in 2028. Knowing that he will not have to face the voters again, Trump now has an incredible opportunity to remake the USA into what it used to be years ago. Never having to run again gives him complete freedom to do what he sees is right without worrying about whether it is politically smart for him to do certain things. One other factor which I think pundits do not consider seriously enough: Trump has repeatedly acknowledged that he believes God spared his life in a near-fatal assassination attempt, and his acceptance speech again acknowledged that belief and that he believes God spared him for a purpose. That purpose is to do whatever it takes to, literally, Make America Great Again.
Let’s consider the actual election results before I mention what I think may be a fulfillment of an obscure biblical prophecy. Trump, for the first time in 20 years, won the election as the GOP candidate for president with a popular vote majority as well. The map below shows that, geographically, Trump swept the entire nation except for the Leftist West and East Coast and interior points usually centered on a large metro area. Democrat-run Blue States have been trying to manipulate the electoral college by implementing a system where a state’s electoral votes are given to the national popular vote winner. [I don’t think that has any chance of passing a Supreme Court test as it would allocate a state’s electoral votes based on out-of-state election results]. The Democrats may wish to reconsider such a scheme due to the realignment that just happened among the American electorate. The election results to me show the people rejected the globalist policies of open borders, weakening our military, high inflation, becoming energy dependent on other nations, and the entire gamut of “Woke” policies that sought to impose traditional immorality on the US populace. The idea of having males compete on women’s sports teams if they pretend they are females was particularly seen as sheer madness by most American voters.
Trump won a decisive electoral college victory. Pennsylvania was a pivot point in the electoral college and the Trump victory became very large as other states went for Trump after Pennsylvania went for him. The US Senate will be controlled by the Republicans and they realize their majority was due to Trump’s popularity. I suspect they will loyally support his agenda. The GOP has 53 seats in the Senate and may have one or two more when undeclared contests get decided. Also, Vice President Vance will be the new President of the Senate and can cast tie-breaking votes in favor of Trump’s agenda if necessary. It appears the GOP will again control the House of representatives by a very small margin according to estimates I’ve seen as I write this post. This outcome is very important. If the Democrats take the House, they are almost certain to impeach Trump on some vague charge simply to tie up the Senate’s time conducting a meaningless trial.
Also, Democrat Presidents Obama and Biden have vigorously used Executive Orders to implement all kinds of policy and legal changes in American society. They have done this so aggressively that they have been reversed by the Supreme Court at times. Trump, I’m sure, will use Executive Orders very aggressively to implement as much of his agenda as possible. I wonder if he can issue an Executive Order that annuls every Executive Order issued under the Obama and Biden presidencies? I am sure he will, as Commander-in-Chief, order that every vestige of the DEI and Woke agendas be removed from all military branches and all service academies. I expect he will fire all generals and DoD administrators who forcibly imposed such nonsense on militarily personnel. The US military will be ordered to focus on defending the USA and winning wars if they happen. Trump promises to manifest the “Peace Through Strength” credo first implemented by Ronald Reagan. I wouldn’t be surprised if he changes military policies on sexuality back to the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy that I think dates to the President George Bush presidency.
That’s enough political analysis for now. More will be, no doubt, worthy of comment in future posts when Trump takes office. Now let’s examine an obscure biblical prophecy to see if it has just possibly been fulfilled.

The prophecy I’m referring to is found in Genesis 49:22-26. Genesis 48-49 are prophecies in which Jacob (renamed Israel) (A) passed on the Abrahamic “birthright” blessings to the descendants of the Israelite tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh, and (B) uttered prophecies about the status or characteristics of all 12 of the tribes of Israel which would be recognizable among them during the “latter days” of our current age (Genesis 49:1). The “birthright” blessings are promises made by God to be inherent within Abraham’s descendants throughout all time. They passed from Abraham to Isaac to Jacob/Israel and then to the tribe of Joseph which was split into two halves: Joseph’s sons named Ephraim and Manasseh. These two tribes were given a common destiny and inheritance of the birthright. They would be brother tribes in the latter days whose destinies were so intertwined that Genesis 49:22 simply calls them “Joseph.” No doubt, they would have a common language, history and culture. Manasseh was prophesied to be a single great nation (Genesis 48:19) while the tribe of Ephraim was prophesied to grow into a number of independent nations with common roots and customs (Genesis 48:19-21). Much evidence proves that the Ephraimites dominated the earth during the time of the British Empire, and the tribe of Manasseh would inherit its time of global dominance after the Ephraimite blessing faded as it did after World War II when the British Empire disintegrated. The United States became the single great nation of the tribe of Joseph which was born out of the British Empire when the American nation revolted in 1776 and became a new independent nation.
My books (available at the home page of my website) not only offer much evidence supporting the above conclusion but they include the identifications for the location of each of the supposedly “lost” ten tribes of Israel among the modern nations. Such a topic is far too vast for this single post, so I urge interested readers to obtain the books at the website’s links. However, I can offer a good sample of what you will find in those books. You can read the following free research report on this topic, The United States of America in Biblical Prophecy. You can also confirm that we are living in the prophesied latter-day time period which is the required time context of the prophecy in Genesis 48-49 by reading my article, Are We Living in the Biblical Latter Days?
Genesis 49:22-26 contain the latter-day prophecy for the tribe of Joseph (when Manasseh will dominate). Verse 23 foretells that the nation of the tribe of Manasseh will be “hated” and that “archers” will be shooting arrows at Manasseh. While the ultimate fulfillment of this prophecy will be militarily fulfilled in the future Gog-Magog war of Ezekiel 38-39, America has been hated by many and “anti-Americanism” is a common phrase. Currently, the “arrows” being shot at Manasseh/America are being fired politically and culturally from within the USA itself. Judeo-Christian standards and ethics that made America great have been hated by a succession of Democrat/Leftist administrations under Presidents Obama and Biden. The mainstream media, entertainment and academic realms have been largely taken over by the same Leftist ideologies. If Kamala Harris had been elected as President, the Leftist takeover of the USA would have likely become complete during her 4-year administration. The election of Donald Trump has put a powerful brake pedal on the Leftist plans to impose their agendas on the nation. Genesis 49:23-24 also prophesy that when Manasseh/Joseph is hated and is assaulted in the latter days, God will strengthen Joseph/Manasseh and “make him strong.” Donald Trump has promised to “make America great again” by getting our financial house in order, making the nation energy-independent, stopping illegal immigration, reversing Woke policies, restoring the nation’s military power and morale, etc. As he implements this agenda, Trump will fulfill the latter-day prophecy of Genesis 49:22-26 that the Israelite tribe of Joseph will be Divinely strengthened against its enemies, and I assert that prophecy means enemies both foreign and domestic. Genesis 49:25-26 foretells that Joseph will retain the birthright in the latter days due to God’s Divine intervention.
I think God’s Divine intervention in the USA election cycle was clear as Trump survived two impeachment efforts (even though it was ridiculous to impeach someone who was not in any office), judicial charges that were endless and two assassination attempts. When Trump was shot through the ear instead of his head due to a miraculously-timed turn of his head, I commented to various friends that I came to believe that “God just voted in the US presidential election.” Events have supported that belief. Trump’s political and literal survival plus his ultimate landslide election victory was nothing short of miraculous. Trump has acknowledged to many audiences and in his election-eve victory speech that God saved his life for a Divine purpose. I believe God decided that Trump would be elected in 2024 as a way for God to fulfill his prophecy in Genesis 49:22-26. Unless people understand who the ten tribes of Israel are in the modern world and that the USA is the birthright tribe of Manasseh, they would have no ability to understand that the prophecy of Genesis 49:22-26 was fulfilled on the world stage right in front of them.
There are many who understand we are living in the latter days and are interested in the topic of latter-day biblical prophecies. However, unless they understand that the biblical term “Israel” is applied to the ten tribes of Israel in the latter days, they cannot hope to understood biblical prophecies correctly. In modern terms, “Israel” designates the American and British nations along with most of the NATO nations. Many Christians correctly understand that the Gog-Magog alliance consists of Russia, China, Iran, North Korea and their allies. However, most consistently misunderstand the biblical term “Israel.” They think it means the Jewish nation in the Mideast when it does not mean that at all. The Bible refers to the latter day Jewish nation in the Mideast by the term “Judah” (as in Genesis 49:8-12, Zephaniah 2:1-10 and Zechariah 12:1-10). The ten tribes of Israel are prophesied to be among the modern nations not only in Genesis 48-49 but also in Revelation 7:1-8. One must understand who “Israel” and “Judah” really are in the modern world in order to understand how biblical prophecies are being fulfilled in our modern world.
It is my personal belief that Genesis 49:22-24 is now being fulfilled.
