USA DEPLOYS ULTRA-SECRET SPACE VEHICLES

I’m sure readers have noticed stories that the USA is about to mothball its space shuttle fleet and has shelved plans for manned missions to either the moon or Mars. One could get the impression that the USA is abandoning its space program. Nothing could be further from the truth. The successor (or successors) to the Space Shuttle are already being flight-tested. The capabilities of these new ultra-secret space vehicles are being understandably kept under wraps, but what is known about them leads us to some most interesting facts and speculation.

The first link below, from the Washington Times, gives what is publicly known about the new X-37B and the Falcon space vehicles. The X-37B was developed by the “phantom” division of Boeing and the Falcon was developed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The second link has a photo of the X-37B and it looks like a down-sized Space Shuttle. Since it is an unmanned vehicle, it can be downsized dramatically as it needs no crew quarters and no supplies to keep astronauts alive in space. The X-37B has already been launched and the USA admits that it can stay in space for at least nine months. As a USAF spokesman says in the second link, “We don’t know when its coming back.” If the USAF admits it can stay in space for nine months, I’ll bet it can stay in space even longer than that. If it is designed to orbit in a passive mode using little or no fuel, each X-37B could conceivably stay “on station” in space orbit for years. The third link discusses its military possibilities, including the possibility that it will “look over China’s shoulder” while defending against any efforts to shoot it down. It is not impossible that future X-37Bs will be deployed into space with “doomsday” weapons which will be fired at China if China decides to sink US aircraft carriers with ballistic missiles or supersonic cruise missiles. You can be sure that we commoners will not be told the full capabilities of the X-37B. Whenever it does eventually returns to earth from space, we are told that it will land “like a space shuttle.”

The second secret vehicle, the Falcon, described in the first link, was also recently launched. Very little is known about this vehicle, but it will fly “outside the atmosphere” and then return to earth to drop weaponry on any target at any location on the earth within one hour of its launch. It is not known if this Falcon vehicle can also loiter “outside the atmosphere” indefinitely waiting for a command to vector toward an earthly target. When it returns to earth, it is admitted that it will “fly” hypersonically at “more than 20 times the speed of sound.” The Falcon is admittedly a military space (or near orbital) weapon whose capabilities are surely beyond what is being admitted. The first link says “the purpose of the X-37B is less clear.” There is no doubt in my mind that it has military purposes, but it is likely that it can also place satellites in orbit, do reconnaissance missions, etc. Let’s engage in some “far out” speculation re: what it may also be able to (or what its successor variants, the X-37C or X-37D, might be able to do).

The government wants to go to Mars, but the limitations of having astronauts on board is a huge obstacle due to human physical needs, crew quarters, etc. An unmanned mission to Mars would be far more feasible and could be done quicker in a smaller vehicle. Since the USAF admits that no one really knows when an X-37B needs to return to earth (months? years?), could it, or a successor variant, travel to Mars and back without it even being reported to the earth’s population? The USA and Russia have worked together on the Space Station, and these agencies (with the European Space Agency) could conceivably work together on an X-37 mission to Mars which would be controlled not from earth, but from the international space station. Does this remind anyone of the old James Bond movie, Moonraker? That movie about ultra-secret space vehicles and missions was something which mankind “imagined,” but Genesis 11:6 reminds us that when mankind reaches certain technological tipping points, “nothing will be restrained from them [mankind] which they have imagined to do.” If the Falcon can go more than “20 times the speed of sound” in the earth’s atmosphere, I wonder how fast the X-37 can go if it heads for deep space? If the X-37 is developing into a deep space vehicle and is expected to be gone for at least nine months (or perhaps years), the governments will not tell the masses on earth where it goes and why it is going there. Surely, the X-37B has been designed to dock at the international space station.

If I were a private space observatory and knew where each X-37 was after it was launched, I’d watch it like a hawk to see if it stays in orbit around earth for months or years or if one of them heads out for deep space without any fanfare.

SAUDI-EGYPTIAN-ISRAELI TIES WARMING

In a development little noticed by the world’s media or its masses, there are continuing signs of a major realignment of alliances in the Mideast. The links below indicate that Saudi Arabia and Egypt are forming a stealthy, de facto alliance with the Israelis against Iran. Previous blogs at my website have long expressed an expectation that such a thing was not only possible, but likely. This expectation was based on Ezekiel 38, which offers extensive information about the alliances that will exist at the end of our age. Ezekiel 38 does not list the Ishmaelites (or any other nation descended from Shem or Abraham) as part of the Gog-Magog alliance. The Sunni Arab nations are the modern Ishmaelites.

Saudi Arabia and the Israelis are both deeply threatened by Shiite Iran’s nuclear ambitions, and both Saudi Arabia (as the Ishmaelites) and the Israelis (as Jews of the tribe of Judah) are descended from Abraham. Both national security interests and a blood relationship are pushing the Saudis and Israelis together against the Iranians. The first link indicates how close the Saudi-Israeli relationship is becoming. It states that “Saudi Arabia and Israel…share intelligence on a regular basis,” and “there are close ties between Saudi intelligence and the Israeli Mossad. Their heads…meet secretly several times a year, always in an Arab country outside the kingdom.” The first link also reports that the Saudis already have an accelerated nuclear program of their own operating at a remote location in Arabia called Khamis Mushait. It is my view that the more dilatory the efforts by President Obama and the West are re: Iran’s nuclear program, the more the Saudi nuclear effort will be accelerated to make sure the Saudis obtain nuclear weapons of their own. Indeed, a previous blog of mine cited a report that, given the past Saudi financial support for the Pakistani nuclear program, Saudi Arabia already may have a claim on a certain percentage of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons–which can be transferred to the Saudis whenever they demand them. If Pakistan shows further signs of internal destabilization, the Saudis may claim “their nukes” sooner rather than later.

The second link cites an unusual story which ran in the Egyptian press. A “semi-official Egyptian media source” originated a story which “glowingly profiled the director of the Mossad…as a hero who single-handedly delayed Iran’s advance on a nuclear weapon by ‘several years.’” This link also has a confusing comment about Egypt not agreeing to an apparent Saudi accomodation with the Iranians, but that comment makes no sense given the content of the first link (which is from the same blogsite). Everyone needs to realize that the Mideast is a place where geopolitical alignments can be very murky and cloaked with intended confusion.

There does appear to be a steady convergence of Saudi, Egyptian, and Israeli interests to work together vs. Iran. This cooperation may stay behind the scenes or it may emerge into an open alliance among these nations. The first link relates that the Saudis may secretly assist an Israeli strike against Iran. If Saudi Arabia, Egypt and other Sunni Arab nations secretly assist an Israeli strike vs. Iran, then it will be harder for Obama and the USA to stop or oppose such a strike.

The final link below reports that there has apparently been a halt to Jewish settlements in Eastern Jerusalem. The report is murky about whether it is a new, official policy of the Israeli government or not. If it is a new Israeli policy, my personal belief is that it is not due to any pressure from the Obama adminstration (whose anti-Israeli attitude is largely countered already by a pro-Israeli Congress and a pro-Israeli American public). Any change in Israeli settlements policy is more likely, in my opinion, to be a result of behind-closed-doors agreements being worked out between Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Israelis. You can be sure that the Israeli government is far more concerned about Israeli national survival than any Palestinian concerns. You can also be sure that the Egyptian and Saudi government are far more concerned with their own national independence from Iran and the survival of their own regimes than any Palestinian concerns. Look for more covergence among Israel, Saudi Arabia and Egypt in their national policies re: Iran in the future. It appears to be happening already, but the world isn’t paying attention. This cooperation is also completely consistent with Ezekiel 38′s prophecy.

NORTH KOREA LOOKS RESPONSIBLE FOR SINKING OF SOUTH KOREAN WARSHIP

Updating information provided in a recent blog about a possible sinking of a South Korean warship by North Korea, it now looks all but certain that North Korea sank the South Korean warship with a torpedo. The two links below provide solid updates on what has been discovered now that South Korea has the sunken warship for visual inspection. The first link has an excellent photo of the bow part of the South Korean warship as it was being raised, and the second link shows its stern section.

The first report cites South Korea’s Defense Minister as saying that “An explosion caused by a torpedo likely tore apart and sank the South Korean warship near the North Korean border.” The South Korean government is doing a delicate dance, because if it concludes North Korea sank this warship, it is an obvious act-of-war and it calls for South Korea to respond with an act-of-war of its own against North Korea. South Korea’s Prime Minister promised “stern action” when it determines what nation torpedoed its warship.

The second link provides extensive details about this sinking and the subsequent investigation about its cause. It notes that “Korean authorities are having severe problems avoiding a most inconvenient truth: North Korea was behind the sinking of the [warship].” Investigations of the hull of the sunken ship make it clear that it was blown apart by an external explosion which ripped the ship in half.

South Korea’s government is under strong pressure to “do something” against this wartime action by North Korea, and it would seem the South Korean government must respond with an act-of-war of its own against North Korea to maintain any credibility with its own people. When/if South Korea takes military action against North Korea, there may be no way of stopping the military escalations that will follow. North Korea is surely a part of the Gog-Magog alliance prophesied in Ezekiel 38 to be led by Russia, China and Iran. North Korea is a junior (and sometimes unpredictable) ally in that alliance. South Korea is one of the “young lion” nations [or the "young tiger nations" as they are called in the world financial press] mentioned in Ezekiel 38:13 that will not be part of the Gog-Magog alliance. Will this situation become an actual war or remain one of the ”rumors of war” as Matthew 24:6 prophesied would occur in the latter days? The world is now looking at two potential hot wars between the Gog-Magog alliance and nations allied with the West: a possible war on the Korean Peninsula and a possible Mideast War between Iran and/or the USA and Israelis. We live in increasingly dangerous times.

IS GREAT BRITAIN HEADING EVEN FURTHER DOWNHILL?

Great Britain used to be the world’s superpower as recently as during World War II, when it was able to stand alone against the entire Axis alliance. It lost its empire in the 1950s and 1960s and has been shrinking in world importance ever since. It appears that it is about to shrink in importance even further.

The first link reveals that the British army and air force now have no nuclear weapons at all. Both the British and the French have “considerably shrunk their arsenals” since the Cold War ended. Both the British and the French have submarines equipped with nuclear missiles, but the French have not deteriorated as badly as the British in their nuclear forces. According to this link, the French now have almost twice as many nukes as the British, and the French still have nuclear-capable bombers. Britain’s security situation could get much weaker.

The second link reports that a group of British generals have urged the elimination of Britain’s nuclear weapons altogether! How these generals can think that eliminating British nuclear weapons (in a world where other nations will keep their nukes) is beyond me! Such an action would leave the British very vulnerable to attack and/or invasion. There could be another consequence. Great Britain received its permanent seat on the UN Security Council because of its immediate post-World War II clout on the world stage. Even as its empire shriveled afterwards, it remained a nuclear power so it had some claim to its seat on the Security Council. If it divests itself of nukes, Britain has no right to a permanent seat on the Security Council. It logically should go to another nuclear power, such as India.

The second link refers to Nick Clegg, who is unknown to virtually all Americans. Mr. Clegg is the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party, and his party has unexpectedly surged into contention to win the pending British elections. Not long ago, the Conservatives (Tories) were expected to replace the current Labour Party government in those elections. The third link relates that Mr. Clegg has stated that the British nation bears more guilt for its past that the Germans do for their Nazi past. The third link quite correctly says his statement is “nuts,” and describes Mr. Clegg as a “Brit-hating leftist.” If the British elect such a person as their Prime Minister, it will be a signal that the British nation is heading even further downhill.

The British are the modern Israelite tribe of Ephraim, the leading nation of the “company of nations” that Ephraim was to become in the latter days (Genesis 48:14-49:1). The other Ephraimite nations are Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The USA is their brother tribe of Manasseh, the single great nation prophesied to exist in the latter days. All these “Saxon” nations bear the name of the Hebrew ancestor, Isaac, just as was prophesied in Genesis 21:12 and 48:12. The word “Saxon” is spelled with an “x” because it comes from a Roman Latin derivation. Before they migrated into Europe, their Saxons forebears in Asia were known as the “Sacae” (by the Greeks) and the “Saka” (by the Persians). Those names more clearly preserved the name of “Isaac” or “Yitsaak.” The “birthright” nations of the USA and the UK are sinking steadily lower on the world scene as their national culture and leadership become ever-more sinful and as these nations steadily reject God’s laws and ways of life. If they do not repent, these nations will sink further still.

Winston Churchill would roll over in his grave if he could see how his beloved nation has deteriorated and weakened itself since he passed away.

US GOVERNMENT VS. WALL STREET BANKS… OR NOT?

No doubt, many readers are following the widespread coverage of the efforts by President Obama and the US government to rein in the excesses of the big Wall Street banks via a new regulatory bill before Congress. What is not clear is whether this effort is sincere or if it is just a smokescreen to give the voters the impression that something is being done.

The first link cites President Obama as saying that “the cost of financial institution collapses should be paid for by the industry, not taxpayers.” If the financial regulatory bill actually does this, it would be laudatory; however, the GOP caucus in the US Senate is not convinced that Obama’s bill actually does what Obama says it will do, as the link notes. Evidence that at least some in the Senate are trying to cut down the power of the Wall Street Banks over the US economy is an effort by two Democrats in the US Senate which would require “breaking up the nations largest banks and limiting them to liabilities equal to 2% of US gross domestic output.” That would require the top six Wall Street banks to be downsized. If this regulatory bill actually cuts the power of the big Wall Street banks, it will be one more step on the way to fulfillment of biblical prophecies in Revelation 17-18 that the cozy corporate-governmental system of corruption called “Babylon the Great” (see Revelation 18:2-3) may be heading closer to its fall. But there is also evidence that no real change will result from this regulatory effort. I’ve seen media stories that report the new regulatory bill would require all derivatives to be regulated (a long-overdue and necessary action), but other media reports state that only “most derivatives” would be regulated. This leaves a huge loophole for more corporate secrecy and self-dealing if that is the case. Also, no article has disclosed whether past derivatives would be reported and regulated or if it would only apply to future derivatives transactions. If all outstanding derivatives do not come under regulatory control, then the regulatory bill would be a joke, in my opinion. Also, some articles indicate the regulatory bill would place “watchdog” agencies under the supervision of the US Federal Reserve Board. If that happens, then I’m convinced the regulatory bill is a joke. The internet has sites which state that the Fed is actually a private bank owned at least partially by some of the very Wall Street banks it is supposed to “supervise.” If Congress gives the Fed that power, it will give the fox the power to guard the henhouse.

The SEC is the agency which has sued Goldman Sachs for corruption, but how serious is it about pursuing crooks on Wall Street? It is the SEC which went out of its way to not prosecute Bernie Madoff for corruption even though the SEC was given ample data about Madoff’s ponzi schemes for years. The second link reports that SEC staffers are themselves under investigation for surfing porno websites while on duty instead of doing their jobs, so the SEC’s own reputation for probity is at a rather low point. It is possible the SEC’s actions vs. Goldman Sachs are “for show” instead of intended to do anything serious. The third link reports that Goldman Sachs may be facing many lawsuits for years to come, and not just from the SEC. Shareholder suits and other class-action suits from investors may be filed against Goldman Sachs, whatever the SEC does. The reputation of the big Wall Street banks keeps taking hit after hit. The fourth link details that the big banks which received TARP funds, instead of giving out more loans to stimulate the economy as the TARP program was intended, actually loaned out less money while giving themselves fat pay raises. That revelation reeks of an arrogant attitude that will anger many investors and nations around the world.

To get a global perspective on how much trouble the Wall Street Banks are now in, I urge you to read the fifth link, which offers a wide-ranging exposé on the depth of corruption that permeates all financial markets. It predicts that the US dollar will decline substantially and that the gold price will spike upward. It also states that other nations are getting very angry at the financial corruptions on Wall Street and in the UK financial markets as well. It states that Germany is becoming the “spearhead” of international efforts to expose the corruption in the financial markets in the USA and the UK, and that China is also getting quite frustrated as well. Revelation 17 prophesies that our modern global financial system called Babylon the Great in Revelation 17-18 will be overthrown by the coordinated actions of an alliance of nations and entities prophetically called “the seven heads and ten horns” (see Revelation 17:9-16). That international disgust at Wall Street is already in evidence. We do not know how soon those “seven heads and ten horns” will take action to overthrow Wall Street’s dominance of the global economy, but it is only a matter of time. The arrogance of Wall Street’s barons is hastening the demise of Babylon the Great. Proverbs 16:18 warns that “pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.” Wall Street’s titans have been very prideful, haughty and arrogant,and the entire world is now getting angry. It is only a matter of time till Wall Street’s “Masters of the Universe” learn the immutability of the Divine principle in Proverbs 16:18. Their fall is drawing nearer.

The US Big Media are covering up an explosive story so the American citizens have not found out about it. However, the "big players" around the world know about it and they are angry. IRAN EXPORTING ITS FORCES INTO LATIN AMERICA

The link below, from the Washington Times, reports that Iran is exporting paramilitary forces and weapons to many other nations in order to oppose the USA and its efforts. The link cites a new Pentagon report on Iran’s military which reveals very noteworthy details. It reveals that Iran has been helping the Taliban in Afghanistan and also supplying anti-American insurgents in Iraq. The last detail is not a surprise as it has been known for years that Iran was supplying weapons and support to Shiite militias in Iraq. However, the Taliban are not a Shiite force, but Iran has been supplying them with weaponry anyway. Perhaps the Taliban’s resurgence in Afghanistan is due to the support it is receiving from Iran.

What is really noteworthy is that Iran is exporting its Revolutionary Guard forces into Venezuela and other Latin American nations (Bolivia and Ecuador are named). Iran is reportedly using its embassies as conduits for sending its forces overseas. Since Iran is using its embassies, Iran is likely sending all kinds of military and intelligence shipments under the protection of “diplomatic immunity.” [This is the same "diplomatic immunity" for which Iran showed no respect when it seized the US Embassy in Iran during the Jimmy Carter years.]

What I found particularly distressing is the reaction of US Secretary of Defense William Gates. Sec. Gates “played down the growing Iranian influence in the Chavez Government.” Either Sec. Gates is trying to understate his concern or he is really very gullible about the dangers this poses to the USA. With more and more Iranians entering Venezuela with the consent of Venezuela’s government, this poses two clear and present dangers to the USA. The first danger is that while the USA is looking at Iran’s territory for threats to the USA (missiles, rockets, terrorist attacks with a “dirty nuke,” etc., these threats may not come from Iran’s home soil, but from Venezuela, which is far closer to the American homeland. When Iran is producing nuclear weapons in the foreseeable future, it could try to smuggle a dirty nuke or a primitive nuclear warhead into an American port city by shipping it via a circuitous route using vessels flagged in other nations. The USA imports much Venezuelan oil yet so there is no shortage of ships heading to US ports from Venezuela. Any one of these ships could conceivably conceal an Iranian bomb on it, very possibly unbeknownst to the crew of the vessel. All such vessels are doubtlessly serviced and loaded by Venezuelans. How hard would it be for an Iranian-Venezuelan team to load an Iranian bomb into a closed shipping container placed on a ship going to a US port and then have others remotely detonate it when it arrived in that US port? I don’t think Iran will have any problem finding suicide bombers to carry out such an attack. Ezekiel 38-39 warns us that Russia, China, Iran, etc. will openly attack the homelands of the NATO nations at the end of our age. I believe that Iran is already shipping weaponry and supplies to be used by the agents and saboteurs of the Gog-Magog forces within the USA (and other NATO nations) to sabotage key installations and infrastructure sites in the USA and NATO nations when this future war is launched.

The second danger is likely already happening. Because the US government has long refused to protect its own borders (under both GOP and Democrat administrations), millions of illegal immigrants from many Latin American nations have entered the USA. How hard would it be to smuggle Iranians with explosives, weapons, toxins, etc. across the porous US border to create caches where they could be used by Iran’s Hezbollah sleeper cells already in the USA in unknown numbers? It is hardly a surprise that the Mexican drug gangs have used many ways to smuggle drugs and their personnel into the USA (they have even used tunnels). Do you think they would accept a large sum of money and a supply of more weaponry from Iran in exchange for their help in smuggling key items from Iran into the USA for future Hezbollah use? This may already be happening. Such weaponry, munitions, toxins, etc. would almost certainly be unleashed in the event of a US strike against Iran’s nuclear facilities and perhaps even in the event of an Israeli strike vs. Iran. Maybe this is why the Obama administration seems accepting of Iran obtaining nuclear weapons and why the USA is trying so hard to prevent an Israeli strike vs. Iran.

However, Sec. Gates isn’t worried. The fact that he isn’t worried ought to worry all Americans!

ARIZONA LEGISLATURE TO OBAMA: SHOW US YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE!

A reader sent me this link below which indicates that the odds of a Constitutional crisis in the USA are growing greater. Many individuals and even some military officers have demanded to see an authentic birth certificate proving that Barack Obama is a natural-born citizen of the USA. He has to have one to be a legitimate President. If he is not a natural-born citizen, he is a usurper in the office and his actions and appointments have no Constitutional validity. A previous blog revealed that a large percentage of American citizens already doubt Obama’s legitimacy to serve in the office, so it is a serious issue which must be addressed and resolved.

As evidence that this issue is becoming more mainstream, the House of Representatives of the Arizona State Legislature just passed a bill requiring that all candidates must prove they meet Constitutional requirements to be President or they will not be allowed on the Arizona Presidential ballot in 2012. This is a huge “shot across the bow” of President Obama. Now that one state legislative body has passed this requirement, other state legislatures are very likely to follow this same path. To keep this in context, the story below does not indicate that the Arizona State Senate has yet approved this same bill, so this requirement has apparently not yet passed both houses of the Arizona legislature.

If this movement spreads, a Constitutional crisis is inevitable in 2012 (if not before) about whether Obama has any right to serve as President. It seems very obvious that if he wanted to put this issue to rest, President Obama would produce his birth certificate and submit it for forensic analysis to see if it is valid one. The longer he refuses to do so, the greater the doubts will grow in the USA about whether he is a Constitutionally legitimate President. Whether Obama’s supporters wish to admit it or not, this action by the Arizona State House of Representatives just gave the ”birther” issue much new respectability. If a number of states pass similar legislation, Obama could lose the 2012 election simply because many states will not allow him on their Presidential ballot if he has no valid birth certificate.

STRATFOR COMMENTS ON RUSSIAN RESURGENCE

The respected intelligence service, Stratfor, has issued a report detailing the Russian resurgence in global geopolitics (see link below). This report asserts that Russia has essentially taken control of Kyrgystan, a former Soviet province in Central Asia. It notes that just weeks before the removal of the former government, Kyrgystan opposition forces met with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, and Russian forces were soon afterward involved in the ouster of the old government and the installation of a pro-Russian government. This Stratfor report is well worth reading as it documents that Russia is in the process of reassembling much of its old Soviet empire to the maximum extent that it can.

The report cites other recent Russian successes. It used military power to seize parts of Georgia, a pro-Western former Soviet district in the Caucasus Mountains. Early this year, Russia created a “customs union” to reimpose Russian dominance over former Soviet provinces Belarus and Kazakhstan. This was very important as these two regions are strategically important to reassembling the Soviet Union. Kazakhstan is a very large part of the old USSR and Belarus borders the NATO nation of Poland, so it is vital to Russia’s goal of stopping any further advances by NATO into regions Russia formerly ruled. Russia also this year made sure that a Ukrainian election removed a pro-Western government and installed a pro-Russian one. This was a critically-important success for Russia as the pro-Western government of Ukraine had favored entry into NATO and was threatening to shut down Russia’s vital naval base on the Black Sea—which happened to be on Ukrainian territory. Now the Ukraine is safely back in the Russian fold, and those threats to Russia’s vital interests are ended.

Russia is not likely to succeed in reassembling all of its old Soviet Empire, but it is establishing firmer control over large portions of it. It is highly unlikely that Russia would ever again call its expanded region of dominance the “Soviet Union.” To keep the West deceived and ensconced in its naive comfort zone, these former Soviet provinces will be allowed to call themselves “nations” as long as they are loyal and obedient vassals of Russia. Whatever one thinks of Russian strong man, Vladimir Putin, it is clear that he is one of the most effective national leaders in the world right now. He is assertive in rebuilding Russia’s power and dominance in Eurasia, and he is taking maximum advantage of the fact that the West and NATO are now lead by President Obama, a man who was elected without any national security, military or foreign affairs experience.

This is all completely harmonious with the prophecy of Ezekiel 38 that lists the members of the Gog-Magog alliance in Ezekiel 38:2-6. Russia (“Gog, Magog, Meshech and Tubal”) is prophesied to assemble a coalition of allies with which it will jointly attack the Western nations in a surprise blitzkrieg attack at the close of the latter days of this age. Russia has already signed a strategic alliance with China (“Gomer and all his bands”) and it has become a close ally of Iran (“Persia”). Siberia (“Togarmah of the north quarters”) is already a part of Russia, and Mongolia (sandwiched between Russia and China) might be part of Togarmah as well. Ethiopia (actually “Cush”) refers to Cushite regions of the world and the name of Cush is prominently placed on the border region of Pakistan and Afghanistan. The “Hindu Kush” mountains straddle these nations, and these nations are hotbeds of Taliban and anti-Western sentiment that is getting worse the longer the USA stays in Afghanistan and periodically bombs tribal wedding parties and civilian events by mistake. The fact that Ezekiel 38 was written about 2500 years ago and precisely prophesied the Gog-Magog alliance that is now being assembled in the modern world makes it quite evident that a Creator God inspired that prophecy and that he is bringing it to pass now to fulfill his latter days prophecies for our time. The world doesn’t realize this fact yet, but they will be unable to ignore it before this age is over.

IRAN THREATENS TO NUKE US CITIES IF ATTACKED

Every American should read the first link below. It reports that Iran has threatened to detonate nuclear devices in American cities if Iran’s nuclear sites are attacked by the USA. A top Iranian official announced that “Iran will join the nuclear club within a month…no country would even think about attacking Iran once it is in the club.” According to this link, Iran could deliver primitive nuclear devices or nuclear “dirty bombs” to terrorists to carry out such attacks. If this statement is not mere boastfulness, but is true, then the USA, the Israelis and the rest of the world have only a little time left to make some very hard decisions.

It is not hard to figure out who the “terrorists” might be who could receive such nuclear devices from Iran for attacking US cities. Hezbollah is an Iranian proxy force, and it has been reported to have terrorist sleeper cells in the USA. I hope the FBI and official agencies are watching those Hezbollah sleeper cells very carefully. Also, a reader sent me the second link which asserts that an Islamic terrorist cell has been rather openly operating in a region of Pennsylvania without US authorities taking any action to shut it down. Might this group be allied with Iran as well? It is most odd that the US government worries about ”domestic terrorists” while ignoring an Islamic militia in Pennsylvania (located close to many US metropolitan areas).

The first link below also reports that Iran has threatened to target US troops in Iraq and Afghanistan (apparently with nuclear devices) if Iran is attacked. If Iran simply attacks US troops in Iraq and Afghanistan conventionally with its army and Revolutionary Guard divisions, the US troops in those nations will be fighting for their own survival. If the unthinkable happens and nukes get used, President Obama (the President who wants to rid the world of nuclear weapons) may have to use American nukes against Iran. However, if Obama allows Iran to obtain nuclear weapons, many other nations will want to develop them as well as soon as possible and Obama’s dream of limiting nuclear weapons will be over. President Obama has a stark choice. Attack Iran to stop it from obtaining nukes or allow Iran to develop nukes and accept that many other nations will quickly develop nuclear weapons as well. I don’t see a third choice.

We are entering very dangerous times. Most Americans are clueless to what could happen. Matthew 24:6 warns of wars and rumors of wars in the latter days before Jesus Christ returns. We are facing a very strong “rumor of war” in the case of Iran right now. Time will reveal if this will remain a rumor of war or whether it will become an open war. The consequences will be severe if it becomes an open war. US GOVERNMENT SUES GOLDMAN SACHS: A PLOY OR THE “REAL DEAL?”

As many readers know from previous blogs, Goldman Sachs is known as the most politically-connected Wall Street bank. Indeed, various media articles have documented that so many Goldman Sachs alumni are now working (or have worked) in key governmental positions that some refer to the Wall Street Bank as “Government Sachs.” Goldman Sachs and the US Federal Reserve Board have been identified in previous blogs as key players in the global corporate-governmental axis called Babylon the Great in Revelation 17-18. This “Babylon the Great” system is prophesied to collapse spectacularly in the latter days, and it almost did in September, 2008.

Given that so many Goldman Sachs alumni work in US government positions, it is surprising that the US Government (via the SEC) has sued Goldman Sachs for corruption. The first and second links below extensively detail the corruption charges against Goldman Sachs, so I do not need to detail them in this blog. What is remarkable is that the SEC finally woke up out of its torpor and actually did something against the barons of Wall Street. Was it not the SEC which went out of its way to do nothing against Bernie Madoff for years even though much evidence was presented to the SEC that Madoff was running a massive ponzi scheme?

The key question is whether the SEC will start aggressively enforcing the law against the politically-connected Wall Street banks which have broken the law with impunity. Or is the SEC merely giving the impression of enforcing the law in order to do something to embellish the SEC’s tarnished reputation while not actually intending to seriously pursue the case? Previous blogs have also documented media links which have revealed that Goldman Sachs helped the nation of Greece deceive other nations about its true debt levels and that it developed market-manipulation software that could be the penultimate insider-trading tool. A person with access to Goldman’s market manipulation software was arrested when trying to leave the USA, but the cited media reports indicated that parts of Goldman’s market-rigging software was sent to Germany and Russia for analysis before the arrest was made. This story was quickly hushed up soon after it broke.

Given that these factors would seem to be far greater sins on the part of Goldman-Sachs, the fact that the SEC sued Goldman for a relatively lower-profile crime argues that the US government is still allowing Goldman Sachs to get away with things for which other banks or investors would be arrested. The third link below also could be construed to indicate that the SEC action may only be a ploy via which it will feign some meaningful enforcement actions. The third link is an Evening News interview by Katie Couric of CBS-News with Janet Tavakoli, an expert derivatives analyst. This interview is truly remarkable and should be seen by all readers of this blog. Katie Couric asked very tough questions, and her guest was damning of both Goldman Sachs and the SEC’s lax law enforcement. She stated that she was “shocked…that the SEC waited so long to act,” and that the complaint about alleged fraud by Goldman Sachs “doesn’t go far enough.” She adds that the fraudulent investment activities of Goldman Sachs enabled it to get “very rich, very fast” in a illegal manner. The guest also indicated that “a lot more will be coming” if the SEC is really doing its job, something the guest analyst strongly stated the SEC has not been doing. In a very blunt statement, the guest analyst plainly stated there has been “massive, widespread malfeasance” by Goldman Sachs. Now let’s consider the option that a new era of tough enforcement against corrupt Wall Street banks may be starting.

Given that CBS-News, itself an establishment media outlet, ran a story so intensely critical of Goldman Sachs and which strongly hinted of greater enforcement actions to come against Goldman Sachs, could this SEC action actually be the beginning of serious and real prosecutions against Goldman Sachs and other Wall Street banks? If so, then the fall of Babylon the Great, prophesied in Revelation 17-18, may be drawing closer. Supporting this case is a report that the Obama administration is serious about prosecuting the large Wall Street banks, found in the fourth link below. This USA Today article cites President Obama as saying “he would veto any bill that doesn’t adequately crack down on derivatives” as a new bill is now before Congress which would “for the first time regulate derivatives…that contributed to a near economic meltdown in 2008…” Obama declared “that means no more bailouts.” If Obama is serious and his statement isn’t just political theater, the cozy connections between Wall Street and the US government may be showing some real cracks. We’ll just have to wait and see whether the SEC’s action against Goldman Sachs is the real deal or just a public relations ploy.

At some point in the future, there will be so many cracks in the current globalist monetary financial system that is will collapse on a global scale. Revelation 17′s language in verse 16 indicates that when Babylon the Great’s system falls, it may be both bloody and violent (it depends on how figurative or literal the language of this prophecy proves to be). Babylon the Great’s system has been in power over the nations for so long that it will not go down without a major fight.
